We value the dedication and hard work of our drivers and the contributions that they have made to make Wil-Trans a success. As a token of appreciation we have installed a Longevity Bonus of $10,000. The bonus is awarded to drivers who have maintained full-time employment.

Driver Recruiting Bonus
Due to the quality of drivers that work for Wil-Trans and the equipment that they drive, many Wil-Trans drivers are approached by other drivers seeking information. Wil-Trans has developed a Driver Recruiting Bonus Program that will pay our drivers to recruit experienced drivers. If an experienced driver is hired, Wil-Trans will pay you $1,000 and there’s no limit as to how much you can make.

Driver Recognition
Wil-Trans has established several Driver Recognition Programs that show our appreciation to drivers who have achieved a milestone in their driving career or who have gone the extra mile for the company.

Most notable are:

1. Driver of the Month
2. Yearly Safety Award
3. Million Mile Safety Award
4. Driver of the Year
5. Longevity Bonus
6. Becoming a Lease driver

Each of these achievements will be noted in the company’s newsletter, as well as a press release sent out to a driver’s hometown newspaper and several transportation magazines.
