Wil-Trans is dedicated to providing our company drivers and Independent Operators the information, knowledge and support to enable them to be productive and safe drivers in the transportation industry. 

Wil-Trans is now offering Wil-Tap (Wil-Trans Apprenticeship Program) for qualified non-CDL holders and qualified recent graduates from a PTDI (Professional Truck Driver Institute) certified or State Board of Education certified school.  Wil-Trans is also offering an Entry Level Driver Training Program for CDL holders with less than 2 years experience.  

We begin with orientation of our new hires and apprentices, and it covers company policies, hours of service, and operational issues and procedures.  Apprentice orientation is incorporated with Wil-Trans orientation and includes “Entry Level Driver Training”, Smith System, PTDI curriculum, in Vehicle evaluations, and much more.

Wil-Trans believes in continual training . . . we are developing our Quarterly training program to assist our drivers with staying current on trends and information that will keep them on the leading edge.
