Basic Qualifications.

1. Must be 23 years old.
   
   
2. Possess a valid CDL, class A with endorsement.
   
   
3. No DWI, DUI, or reckless driving convictions within the
   last 5 years.
   
   
4. No more than 2 moving violations within the last year and
   no more than 4 within the last 3 years.
   
   
5. No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within 3 years.
   
   (Disabling damage means damage that precludes departure of any motor vehicle from the scene of an accident in its usual manner in daylight after simple repairs. This includes damaged vehicles that are drivable, but would incur further damage, if so driven)
   
   
6. Felony convictions will be reviewed.
   
   
7. Must possess a valid Social Security Card. 
   
   
8. Must be able to verify the past 10 years of employment
   and gaps.
   
   
9. Must pass a DOT physical and controlled
   substance and alcohol test.
   
   
10. Must pass a Company Road Test.
    
    
11.  Must meet or exceed all job description requirements.
    
    
12. Must be a U.S. citizen or possess an alien registration
    card.
    
    
13. Be able to read, write, and speak the English language, in
    accordance with DOT regulations.
    
    
14. Be professional in appearance and attitude at all times
    with customers, fellow employees, and the general public.
