Welcome to Wil-Trans Lease Program. At Wil-Trans we think of Lease Operators as Business Partners.Our “Lease” Program is designed for the serious driver who wishes to increase their earnings potential by starting their own business. Wil-Trans “Lease” Program is second to none and offers drivers the opportunity to establish their own trucking company and have an income that is limited only by the amount of time they are willing to invest in themselves.

The first rule of business is to keep your costs low. At Wil-Trans we will take the time to explain to you what area you need to focus on to reduce your costs. We will monitor your expenses on a weekly basis and notify you when they are above average. We will review your weekly settlement on a weekly basis and we will offer you advice to improve your financial health.
We offer paid lumper service so that drivers can focus on driving and not have to worry about loading and unloading.

Drivers are paid on Friday for all trips turned by Tuesday using TransFlo technology. Direct Deposit is available and Comdata cards are provided for drivers to have easy access to their trip settlements.
