Wil-Trans has just started a new Owner Operator Division in combination with Prime Logistics.  This new program is the Advance Program. “Join the Wil-Trans team today!”

Wil-Trans started in 1990 with 12 trucks by former drivers. We have since grown to an over the road fleet made up of lease trucks, company drivers, and now owner operators. We are able to offer our operators benefits such as nationwide fuel and tire discounts, 100% fuel surcharge reimbursement, as well as awards and benefits that match industry leaders. Under this new Advance Program drivers without their own authority can work for us, haul Prime’s trailers and get paid on a weekly basis. Also, you will be able to eliminate much of your overhead expenses that decrease your profits. We offer better rates and better lanes than you would be able to get on their own.  We also don’t have age restrictions on your truck, as long as you can pass our inspection.

The first rule of business is to keep your costs low. At Wil-Trans we will take the time to explain to you what area you need to focus on to reduce your costs. We will monitor your expenses on a weekly basis and notify you when they are above average. We will review your weekly settlement on a weekly basis and we will offer you advice to improve your financial health.  We offer paid lumper service so that drivers can focus on driving and not have to worry about loading and unloading.

Drivers are paid on Friday for all trips turned by Tuesday using TransFlo technology. Direct Deposit is available and Comdata cards are provided for drivers to have easy access to their trip settlements.
